Ingredients:  
6-7 medium potatoes
½ to ¾ stick of butter
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (or Cream of Mushroom Soup)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 ½ cups milk
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
½ - 1 teaspoon Garlic salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, cook potatoes and onion in enough water to cover. Cook on medium heat until tender. Do not drain. Add cubes of cream cheese. Remove from heat and stir until cheese is completely melted. Add soups, butter and spices. Serve hot. May top with bacon bits, green onion tops and shredded cheese.
