2 C. Sifted Flour
2/3 C. Sugar
3/4 tsp. each of Baking Powder and Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 C. Buttermilk or Yogurt
1/3 C. Corn Syrup
3/4 C. Raisins

Directions:

Prepare streusel or honey bee glaze and set aside.
Grease 8 in square pan. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In a separate bowl combine and mix well vegetable oil, egg, buttermilk, corn syrup and raisins. Pour this into the flour mixture stirring rapidly until blended. Pour batter into pan and cover with streusel or honey bee glaze. Bake 30 - 35 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean.
