1 large bunch fresh spinach, washed and stemmed
1 pint strawberries, washed, trimmed and sliced
1/2 c walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/2 c crumbled bleu cheese

Dressing
1/2 c sugar
1 T sesame seeds
1 and 1/2 t minced onions
1/4 t worcestershire sauce
1/4 t paprika
1/2 c white wine vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Place salad ingredients in a large bowl in the order listed. Top with dressing
(for a very special presentation, serve on individual plates)

Blend dressing ingredients in a jar, blender or food processor. The sugar should dissolve.
