Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Jimmie Dean sausage or something similar
12 slices white bread
10 eggs
1/2 cup half n' half
2 cups grated cheese (I use cheddar or Colby/Jack)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion diced (optional)

Directions:
**Better if prepared the night before, covered, and refrigerated overnight**

Cut brown edges off bread and cut the bread into cubes. Brown sausage. Spray Pam (or generic) into a 13x9 glass casserole pan. Place the bread cubes in the pan and sprinkle the sausage over them. Beat the eggs, and add half n' half, 1/2 the cheese, soup, onion (if you are using it) and salt & pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over the sausage, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes to an hour or until brown.

I usually do it the night before, and then stick it in the oven (take cover off) for about 40-50 minutes.
