2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
bring to a hot stage but do NOT boil
pour over 2 beaten eggs and 1 tbsp. vanilla-stir well

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into 4 custard cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Set cups in pan of water.
Bake 40-45 minutes until set.
Cool and enjoy!
