1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Cornstarch
2 1/2 C. Hot Water
3 Egg Yolks
2/3 C. Lemon Juice, divided in half
Pinch of Salt
3 Tsp. Butter
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz. Cream Cheese
3 1/2 oz. Pkg. Lemon Instant Pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, cornstarch, and hot water until thick and clear.
Add well beaten egg yolks and cook until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat and add 1/3 C. lemon juice, salt, and butter. Let set and cool in refrigerator.

Blend condensed milk with cream cheese, 1/3 C.lemon juice and pudding mix.

Fold two mixtures together and pour into 2 baked pie shells. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices.
