1- 8 oz. cream cheese-softened
5- T. melted butter(reserve 1 T.)
4- c. cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
2- T. diced onions
2 cans crescent rolls
3/4 c. crushed croutons

1/2# velveeta cheese
1- can cream of chicken soup
2- T. sour cream

Blend softened cr cheese and 4 T. butter till smooth. Add the next five ingredients. Separate rolls into 8 rectangles(not16). Roll into squares. Spoon 1/2 c. chicken mixture into center of square & pull corners up to center, sealing edges. Brush w reserved butter & sprinkle w croutons. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with cheese sauce.( heat together cheese and soup and add sour cream).

For the cheese sauce , i have a little crock pot, it works great to melt it and keep it warm. These are very good!! Enjoy!!!!
