4 boxes or 2 bags of frozen spinach (cook and drain all water)
2 cans artichoke hearts - chopped
2 boxes of Philadelphia Cream Cheese - room temperature
2 cloves minced garlic
1 stick butter
bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese plus little more for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat and saute garlic for a few minutes.
Add cream cheese then artichoke hearts
Stir everything together until blended and smooth
Stir in spinach and season WELL with salt and pepper
Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook on low about 20-30 minutes
Pour into buttered baking dish
You can sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil for a "crunchy" topping
Cook covered 350º about 30 minutes - You may have to uncover the last 15 minutes or set oven to broil to get a golden-brown top.
