1 can Hearts of Palm (or 1 1/2 to 2 cans for more texture)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp. minced green onions
Pinch or 2 of cayenne pepper and salt

Chop Hearts of Palm and add to bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into small baking dish and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
