1 can red or pink salmon (14.75 oz.)
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup non-fat yogurt
small onion (chopped fine)
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (or 1TBS dry)
1TBS white vinegar
2 envelopes of gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
salt & pepper to taste

1. Pour liquid from can of salmon into small bowl and add vinegar
2. Skin and de-bone salmon
3. Chop salmon and add mayo, yogurt, dill and onion
4. Add gelatin to boiling water, one packet at a time
5. Add bowl of gelatin /boiling water to bowl of salmon liquid/vinegar
6. Add to salmon
7. Place in mold and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight
8. De-mold by placing mold in sink filled with very hot water for several seconds.

Invert on to serving platter. Repeat if mousse does not release.
