4 tablespoons hot or regular paprika
4 tablespoons coarse salt
2 tablespoons freshly ground black paper
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground mace

1. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, cayenne, and mace. Toss well.
2. Transfer to an airtight container until ready to use.
