2 1/2 cups pecans (or any preferred nut or mixed nuts)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Spread pecans in a shallow baking pan (large enough to spread evenly) and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, stirring once. In a large heavy skillet, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add oil and nuts, stirring to coat. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread in a thin layer on cookie sheet to cool.
