5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and mashed
8 oz. creamed cheese
1 c. sour cream (regular or light)
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into warm mashed potatoes. Keeps up to 1 week in refrigerator. Bake 45 min at 350º. May also be used as filling for twice baked potatoes which can be frozen and then baked.
