6 apples
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp butter

Crumble:
4 tsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of flour (regular or gluten free mix)
1/2 cup quinoa flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples into a greased baking dish. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Dot with 2 teaspoons of the butter. Blend the remaining 4 teaspoons of butter into brown sugar. Mix, then add flour and quinoa flakes. Spoon mixture over apples. Cover and bake at 350F for 15 mins. Uncover and bake until crust is golden and apples are tender (approx. 25 mins)

Serve warm or cold with whipped cream, ice cream, or just as is. Serves 4-6.
