Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 slices thick-cut bacon; cooked until crisp and chopped; reserve bacon fat
12 medium red potatoes; washed and cut into bite-size pieces
1 t. salt
Lg. can cream of chicken soup
Sm. can cheddar cheese soup
6 c. milk
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1 bunch green onions; sliced
1 t. white pepper
½ t. black pepper
½ t. Lawry’s Season Salt
¼ t. garlic salt
¼ t. cayenne
2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the reserved bacon fat in a large non-stick skillet until hot and add the potatoes and salt; fry until the potatoes are tender; this may be done in two batches. Remove the potatoes to a large pot; add the remaining ingredients, except for the sour cream, and cook over medium heat until all is heated through. Now, reduce the heat to low, add the sour cream and warm through; it is very important that you do not let the chowder boil because it will curdle. Taste for seasoning and enjoy!

Note: If the final product is too thick, you can thin it with some extra milk or chicken broth.
