1/4 Cup of Flour
2 tbsp of cocoa
pinch of salf
2 tbsp of olive oli
2 tbsp of water
ice cream (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients into the mug.
Add oil & water and mix until it's consistent.
Put in the microwave for 1 minutes and 40 seconds
Add ice cream
