6 med. yellow onions
1/4C. butter or margarine
1/2C. beef broth
1/2C. whipping cream
2tbsp. flour
1/4tsp. salt
1/8tsp. pepper
1/2C. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the onions into 1/2 inch thick rings; saute in butter until tender. Place in a greased 8 inch square baking pan. In a bowl, stir broth, cream, flour, salt and pepper until smooth; pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and mixture is bubbly.
