5-7 apples, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 pie crust, unbaked
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and put in unbaked crust. Top with butter. Cut together flour and sugar, and put on top of apple mixture. Put pie in paper bag and fold up the end. Bake on a cookie sheet in a preheated 400 degrees oven for 1 hour.
