1 very large ripe cantaloupe
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 graham cracker or cookie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cantaloupe and remove seeds. Peel and cut into chunks, purée in blender (must be 3 cups of purée). Combine sugar and gelatin in saucepan. Stir in orange juice. Let stand 1 minute. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Remove from heat, stir in melon purée, saving 1 cup. Combine 1 cup melon purée and cream cheese in blender. Blend until smooth. Stir cream cheese mixture into remaining melon mixture in saucepan. Pour into pie shell and chill until firm.
