6 lean pork chops
6 medium potatoes
3 carrots
Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and carrots. Place a layer of this on bottom of 9X13 baking dish. Place pork chops on this then another layer of potatoes and carrots. Salt and pepper and garlic salt. Cover with 1 ½ cups water. Cover tightly with foil and bake 45 minutes in 400 degree oven.

You can add to this for company. I also add English peas sometime.
