1 chicken breast, dice and saute in a little olive oil
1 medium chopped onion
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 stalks celery chopped
2 carrots sliced
1 c. frozen peas (add at last 10 minutes)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the first four ingredients in the soup pot, simmer for 30 minutes. Add the celery and carrots, cook for about 15 minutes more. Then add the peas and simmer the last 10 minutes.
