2 eggs 1 cup flour
1 T. sugar 1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Beat well. Add flour, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Heat rosette iron in deep hot fat (400) for 2 minutes. Drain off excess; dip into batter 1/4 inch from top then immediately into fat. Fry rosette until brown. Drain. Reheat iron 1 minute. Sprinkle hot rosettes with sugar.
