Boil and cube 8 large potatoes
1/4 to 1/3 large velveeta cheese block
1 stick butter, 1 chopped onion
salt & pepper
1 slice cubed bread
1/3 C milk
corn flakes for top
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix the potatoes, cubed velveeta, chopped onion, butter, cubed bread and salt & pepper to taste. Pour the milk over the top & cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350º for 1 hr.
