1 – 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Stir in mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour batter into graham cracker pie crust. Sprinkle with ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. For best results refrigerate for 3 hours.
