4 white fish fillets (Tilapia, Basa or Cod work fine) rinsed and patted dry with paper towel
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1 cup of salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
2. Spread out parchment paper so that you can wrap 1 or two fillets in the parchment paper
3.Place a fillet or two in the middle of the parchment paper
4. Spread (or cut up pieces of) cream cheese on top of each fillet
5. Spread salsa on top of the cream cheese
6. Fold up each packet and put on a cookie sheet
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily

This is one of my favourite ways to have white fish. We first had this at an expensive restaurant on Vancouver Island, and my husband decided to replicate. So easy!
