1/3 c. Italian dressing
7 medium potatoes (6 cups)
3/4 c. sliced celery, cubed
1/3 c. sliced onion, cubed
4 hard boiled eggs, separate whites and yolks
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seeds

Directions:
Pour Italian dressing over warm potatoes. Chill potatoes for 2 hours. Add celery, onions, and egg whites. In another bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream, mustard, salt, and celery seed. Take egg yolks and crumble and add to mayo mixture. Then mix all ingredients together.
