1 lb. mushrooms
2 packs frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. onion, chopped
¼ c. melted margarine
½ lb. Swiss cheese
Garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry mushrooms. Slice off stems and sauté with caps in small amount of margarine or oil. Thaw spinach and drain well. Line 9 x 13 inch dish with spinach seasoned with salt, onions, and melted margarine. Sprinkle with cheese and then top with mushrooms and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. May be made in advance. Serves 6.
