2 egg whites beaten
2/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Fold in 6 ounces of chocolate chips
Add 3/4 cup chopped pecans if you want

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat egg whites. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix well with mixer. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and drop the cookie mixture by teaspoonfuls onto the foil. Place in the oven and turn the oven off. Leave the cookies in the oven overnight.
