1 ½ Lbs. Ground beef
¾ Cup New Quick Quaker Oats, uncooked.
2 Eggs, beaten
¼ C. Onion, chopped
2 Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Pepper
1 Cup Tomato juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Norma Worley’s recipe

This meatloaf is similar to Faye Worley Bates recipe except for the following.

Norma uses 1 ½ teaspoons salt and 1 egg, beaten, and bakes for 1 ¼ hours. Norma says this is a good recipe she got from a Quaker Oats Box.
