2 cups cold milk
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 8 oz carton cool whip
1 loaf angel food cake cut into bite sized pieces
1 12 oz jar butterscotch topping
5 medium apples peeled and cut
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
In a bowl whisk together milk and pudding, let stand for 2 minutes. In another bowl beat cream cheese and add pudding mixture and beat. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. In a trifle bowl. Layer a third of the cake, 1/3 apples, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 cream cheese mixture, and 1/3 of butterscotch. Repeat 2 more times. Garnish with remaining cool whip.
