9 eggs slightly beaten
1 lb. sausage - cooked, drained and crumbled
3 c. milk ( I use 1% percent)
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bread, cubed ( I use wheat bread)
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese. ( I use low fat cheese)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate over night. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
