1 onion 1 small green pepper, seeded
½ cucumber 1 clove garlic
4 ripe tomatoes 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika ¾ cup olive oil
½ cup breadcrumbs, soaked and squeezed 1/3rd cup wine vinegar

Accompaniments:
Bread, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and peppers chopped small
Hard-boiled eggs and sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Pound all the ingredients, or process, to obtain smooth mixture. If too thick, dilute with a little water, or tomato juice.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours, or over-night.
When ready to serve, put bread slices, chopped onions, tomatoes, pepper and cucumber in the individual soup bowls. Or can be accompanied by hard-boiled eggs and finely sliced ham.
This recipe is easily doubled, etc., and keeps chilled for several days. In fact, it tastes even better!
