1 unsliced loaf of rye bread
2 cups grated Longhorn cheese
1 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
½ - 1 cup finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop inside of rye bread, but leave shell intact. Tear the inside pieces into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. In a bowl, mix cheeses, mayonnaise and onion. Place mixture in bread shell and set on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes place scooped out pieces of bread on cookie sheet to toast. Serve immediately. May serve with pizza sauce or salsa on the side.
