Your favorite bone in chicken if using breasts cut into smaller pieces
can mix cuts...breast thigh legs

3 Potaoes Peeled and wedged

Italian Sausage cut into bite size links

Olive oil
10 cloves Garlic
salt
pepper
"Good Stuff"
oregano
Sherry
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everthing in bowl to coat
Roast 400 covered 20 minutes

Remove cover roast 30 minutes or until done

Omit chicken sherry and add tri colored peppers and hot peppers
for sausage and peppers
