1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. velveeta cheese, cubed
1 jar chunky salsa
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
tortilla chips or french bread

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain well. Transfer meat to 3 quart slow cooker. Stir in cheese, salsa and garlic powder. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until heated through. Stir and serve with tortilla chips or bread.
