6-in wooden skewers
2 lb. of pork and veal or all pork (can use pork roast)
Flour
Salt & Pepper

Trim and cut pork and/or veal in 1 inch chunks. Spray wooden skewers with cooking spray. Insert meat onto skewers until full. Place flour and salt and pepper on a plate, roll skewers in flour to coat all sides. In an electric skillet or regular skillet on stove top, add butter to pan on low to medium heat. Add skewers and brown. Add water and simmer until meat is tender. To thicken for gravy, in a separate bowl, add flour and water and mix together to form a paste. Add to pan and stir until sauce thickens.
