8 LBS OF PICKLING CUCUMBERS
1/3 CUP PICKLING SALT
4 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
3 1/2 CUPS VINEGAR (5%)
2 TSP CELERY SEED
1 TABS WHOLE ALLSPICE
2 TABS MUSTARD SEED

Procedure: Wash cucumbers. Cut into strips. place in bowl with 1/3 cp salt. cover with water refrigerate 3-4 hours.

Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, allspice into 6 qt kettle. heat to boiling.

Raw pack- fill jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Add hot pickling syrup.

Can about 20 minutes for quart and 15 for pints.
