½ pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup creamed style cottage cheese (8 ounces)
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup mayonnaise
8 manicotti, cooked and drained
1 16-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Brown meat and garlic in skillet; drain the fat. Blend next 4 ingredients in bowl and stir in meat. Fill each manicotti with ¼ cup filling. Place manicotti in single layer in baking dish and sprinkle with any remaining filling. Cover manicotti with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
