2 cans oysters
1 box oyster crackers
2 eggs
1 cup melted butter
1 pint milk
salt pepper

Pinch crackers into buttered casserole. add eggs and oysters, mix with fork, add milk, then pour on melted butter and bake at 400 º for 30 minutes or until it sets up like a souffle.

This is a rich side dish from Eloise Goodyear. I know not many of you would eat it but I would, John, Michael, Dad, etc.

It has a whole cup of butter so whats not to love!!!
Would be nice for Holiday side dish.
