1 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
or 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave the process cheese spread and salsa or tomatoes and green chilies in a 1 1/2 quart bowl on high for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix in cilantro.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Makes 3 cups of dip.
