4 Tbsp. butter (1/2 stick)
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (3oz.) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 (12 oz.) cool whip
gummy worms optional

Directions:

Chop cookies in food processor until they are fine crumbs. Set aside. Combine butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat on low to mix, then med. until smooth. Add pudding mix and milk. Beat on low to combine. Then fold in whipped topping. Layer crumbs, then pudding mixture, crumbs, pudding. Ending with crumbs in a 13x9 pan or dish. Save enough crumbs to cover the top so it resembles "dirt" tuck in gummy worms if desired. You can serve this in new flower pots as well.

Kids just love this. I've put yellow construction toy trucks on it, dinosaurs, cars, army men, fake flowers etc.
