Dough:
1 c butter
1/3 c whipping cream
2 c flour

Cream Filling (mix all till fluffy - add food color if you wish):
1/4 c butter
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all well, cover and chill. roll out 1/3 of dough to 1/8" on floured board. Cut into 1 1/2" rounds. Transfer to a waxed paper covered with granulated sugar. Turn each piece to coat both sides. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Prick with for 4 times. Bake 7-9 minutes at 375º. Cool and put together with cream filling and press tops and bottoms together gently.
