1 c butter
1/2 c sugar
2 egg yolks - beaten
2 tbsp grated orange rind
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 egg whites
1 c chopped nuts
candied red and green cherries sliced in half
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, rind, juice, vanilla and flour. Make into small balls. Dip into egg whites, then roll into nuts. Place on greased cookie sheet and press 1/2 cherry on top. Bake 10 minutes at 350º.

Dough may handle easier if refrigerated a couple hours first.
