2-5 oz Halibut fillets
½ cup Fresh crab
Feta cheese
2 sheets Puff pastry
20 leaves Baby spinach
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 425 F°.

Make a ½” slit down the middle of each halibut filet. Divide and stuff crab and feta into the slits. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out puff pastry sheets. Place 1 fillet on each sheet of pastry and top with spinach. Seal pastry closed, seam down.

Bake for 15-17 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
