1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Press into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese. In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk and Bisquick just until combined. Pour over cheese. Bake at 400ºF for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 4 servings.

This recipe comes from Taste of Home's Quick Cooking March/April 2001 issue. I have tossed the ground beef with some barbecue sauce after it is cooked just for a different twist & different flavour. I leave the salt and pepper out.
