3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups unsifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4-6 tart apples, pared and sliced
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in the apples, nuts, and raisins.

Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350º for 1 hour. Cool slightly. Frost with a glaze of butter and confection sugar flavored with vanilla. Cut into squares to serve.
