1head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
1head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 red Onion, chopped
1 can Artichoke Hearts, chopped
1 can Hearts of Palm, chopped
1 jar, diced Pimentos
1 can ripe Olives, chopped in half
Dressing:
1/3c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2c. Olive Oil
1/2c. grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and salt and pepper to taste. Make dressing of red wine vinegar, olive oil, and cheese. Place in jar and mix well. Can be place on salad 30 minutes before serving.
