1 Large Angel Food Cake
1 pint whipping cream
3 eggs
1 16 oz bag milk chocolate chips
8 oz dark chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Break up the cake and put in the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Whip the cream until stiff and put in the fridge. Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites, set aside. Heat the chocolate on low. Melt 1/2 of the egg yolks and whip together after chips melt add egg yolks then fold into the whipping cream. Take egg whites and fold into mixture and put over the cake layer cake and chocolate. Then add sliced almonds.
