1 potato about 1/3 lb
1 small cauliflower
1 small bunch broccoli
1/4 lb green beans
1/4 lb carrots
1/4 lb zucchini
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 cup mustard mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cube potato into 1'' cubes. Cut the other vegetables into similar sizes. Boil the potato, broccoli , zucchini , carrots and green beans until tender crisp. Combine with the raw vegetables and the mayonnaise. Best served at room temperature.

Mustard Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
salt and freshly ground pepper
several drops tabasco sauce
1 cup olive oil
juice of half a lemon

Combine mustard, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt , pepper, tobasco and lemon juice. Very gradually beat in olive oil using a small immersion blender until mayonnaise forms. Makes about 1 1/4 cups
