Coat tofu chunks in corn starch and deep fry or buy deep fried tofu
4 cups of vegetable broth
bit of tempura sauce or soy sauce
sprinkle of gravy powder
chopped green onions
halved mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot boil the broth, tempura sauce and add the sprinkle of gravy powder
Lower the heat and add the tofu, green onions and mushrooms.
Heat until the mushrooms and tofu soften.
